Heather Alexander is our Chief Administrative Officer making sure all the facets of the agency run smoothly and are executed in a timely manner.

 

Heather grew up in a football home with a dad who played for the legendary coach, Paul “Bear” Bryant.  It was her dream to attend the University of Alabama, so she graduated with a degree in marketing and worked with Alabama Football program on developing and executing many administrative tasks. This led Heather on a career journey now with over 20 years of expert experience in running nonprofits for athletes as well as planning events and raising funds for organizations such as, The Shaun Alexander Family Foundation, Athlete’s United Foundation, Ky Cares Foundation, The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens, Leadercast and others. She has also worked with incredible companies executing digital marketing plans, implementing team building and company culture experiences and fulfilling high level marketing strategies for industries in real estate development, executive recruiting, the medical field, sports organizations, nonprofits and media.

 

Heather is excited to combine her experience with the Won Media team to motivate, create, multi-task and coordinate. Her expert ability to build and connect her team and relationships through strong belief, consistency, responsibility, and harmony will be what our clients will benefit from. Her favorite quote from Coach Bryant is, “You must learn how to hold a team together. You must lift some up and calm others down until finally they’ve got one heartbeat. Then you’ve got a team.”
